Carl Rohrs decided to intervene with Solstice when he realized he owned a chair identical to the one depicted in Susan Manchester's drawing-a Thonet chair manufactured in Czechoslovakia. Here he talks about his work for the exhibition "Momentum: an experiment in the unexpected" at the San Jose Museum of Art (October 2, 2014 - February 22, 2015).
